Sarah started yoga at an early age with her mum, practising on the living room floor. After trying different styles with different teachers, it wasn’t until moving to Perth from Melbourne that she discovered Ashtanga.
The peace and quiet of the Mysore practice, the comfort and familiarity of the sequence, the little enlightening moments each practice brings are just some of the reasons that Sarah finds this practice so special.
Sarah believes yoga makes her better able to understand both the beauty and adversity of life.
She teaches so she can share her love for the practice and what it has brought to her own life. Sarah has Yin and Pre and Post Natal training.
She lives with her husband George, toddler Hannah and fur baby Oscar and currently practices a lot of seventh series (known as family life!).
