Kylie’s classes focus on flowing asana, breath awareness, pranayama, meditation, weaving of asana mythology and inner inquiry.
Kylie believes yoga is an entire system which connects us to the rhythm of the breath allowing us to feel more alive and more present in each moment.
When teaching, her hope is to create a safe and warm environment for all to come together and practice.
She has a committed daily Mysore and meditation practice and has travelled to practice with Sharath Jois, in Mysore, India as well as London and Copenhagen.
In addition to Kylie’s initial teacher training, she has participated in specialised Pre Natal and Yin training and is a Level 2 member of Yoga Australia.
