"My yoga journey started more than 10 years and I recalled that my first yoga class was a hot yoga class. It was an intense class and I felt like I had a good workout. At that time, I approached my practice purely from a physical level. It kept me strong and flexible. As I got older and started a family, and my body
changed with each pregnancy, I realised that my yoga practice was moving beyond the physical. Throughout my three pregnancies, I continued to practice and it was my practice that helped me manage the challenges of pregnancy and motherhood.
I completed my first 200 hr teacher training in Singapore, and then decided to pursue a 350 hr teacher training in Perth to deepen my knowledge of yoga. I further completed a specialist yoga teacher training in pregnancy and postnatal yoga as my deep passion lies in supporting women through these special stages of their lives.
As my yoga practice changes from day to day, it has taught me to embrace change, to let go of any expectations and just do my best. Yoga has taught me how to live my life better and just enjoy the journey, embracing the highs and lows."
